The hotel was located adjacent to Kyustendil and the city center. The staff was very helpful and responsive, as well as owner. The location was unbeatable and favourable and the free parking was on-site.

This venue was a great place for our enjoyable stay with a convenient location close to the city center and responsive staff always available.

I had a wonderful stay at Guest House Pautalya. the place was very nice, comfortable, and clean, with all the necessary facilities. the owner, who lives next door, was very helpful. the location was also great, with a supermarket and bakery nearby. the home itself had two levels, with a well-equipped kitchen and living area on the first floor, and two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a shower, restroom, and a jacuzzi on the second floor. the check-in and check-out hours were flexible, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hydromassage bathtub. the lady who checked me in, although she didn't speak English, made sure to call someone who did, ensuring a smooth process. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The rooms at Guest House Pautalya were cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The TV provided a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of trekking. The air conditioning kept the room cool, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The private bathroom was a bonus, with a luxurious bath for some well-deserved pampering.

That the bath in the private bathroom was a little small for my liking, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

Our visit to the nearby playgrounds, MiniLand and FunZone, was a delight for the whole family. The kids had a blast exploring and playing on the colorful slides, swings, and trampolines. It kept them entertained for hours and allowed us parents to relax and enjoy some quality time together.

My children wanted to have more kid-friendly meal options at the hotel's restaurant.
